You can choose from any of the following real estate investment options to secure second citizenship in St Kitts and Nevis.

  1. Purchase shares of pre-approved property developments. Minimum investment: $200,000 (resalable after seven years).
  2. Purchase a private sale home, pre-approved by the government. Minimum investment: $400,000 (resalable after five years).
