Investment of SGD 10 million (approx. USD $7.4 million) in a new or existing business in Singapore, or a GIP-approved fund that invests in Singapore-based companies. Alternatively, invest SGD 25 million (approx. USD $18.5 million) in a Family Office with at least SGD 200 million (approx. USD $148 million) in assets under management, of which a minimum of SGD 50 million (approx. USD $37 million) must be deployed in Singapore.
