Rent a property with a minimum annual rent of €14,000 in Malta Alternatively, the investor can buy a property valued at €375,000 in Malta.
Non-Refundable Contribution
€37,000 if purchasing a property or renting a property.
Charitable Donation
Donate €2,000 to a local philanthropic, cultural, scientific, artistic, sport, or animal welfare NGO registered with the Commissioner of Voluntary Organizations.
