Antigua and Barbuda, a sovereign state comprising two major islands and several smaller ones in the Eastern Caribbean, launched its CBI programme in 2013. The nation is renowned for its 365 beaches, thriving tourism sector, and favourable business environment. Antigua and Barbuda’s programme stands out for offering the broadest family inclusion policy among all CBI programmes globally, allowing applicants to include spouses, children, parents, grandparents, and even unmarried siblings. The country operates a territorial tax system with no personal income tax, making it particularly attractive to internationally mobile individuals. Its membership in the OECS and CARICOM grants citizens freedom of movement across the Caribbean region.
