Overview
Global Citizen Solutions is a global mobility firm specializing in residency and citizenship planning, alongside relocation visa solutions, advising private clients, families, and institutions across jurisdictions.
Global Citizen Solutions Company Overview
Global Citizen Solutions is an advisory-led global mobility firm. We help entrepreneurs, investors, internationally mobile professionals and families plan where they can live, work, invest and build a future, with a dedicated case executive from the first assessment to post-approval relocation.
Our work spans residency programs, citizenship pathways and relocation visas. Some clients are preparing an international move. Others are building a Plan B: an alternative pathway that gives their family more options if circumstances change.
Headquarters, Founders and History
Our main office is in Lisbon, Portugal. Global Citizen Solutions was founded in 2016 by Artur Saraiva, Patricia Casaburi and Luiz Filho, and has been operating for ten years.
Our Point of View
Founded in 2016, we have advised more than 15,000 clients. Our mission is simple: no one should be limited by where they were born. Rising geopolitical tension, regulatory complexity and policy change concentrate risk in a single jurisdiction. We see residency and citizenship planning as a core part of responsible family and wealth planning, and we treat it as a long-term decision, not a transaction.

What Global Citizen Solutions Is Not
- Not a government body, and not the operator of any residency or citizenship program. Governments make every decision on visas, residency permits and citizenship.
- Not a seller of passports or citizenship. We advise on programs that governments operate, each with its own eligibility, due diligence and approval process.
- Not a provider of guaranteed outcomes or fixed timelines.

Human Oversight
People make every recommendation and decision about a client's case. Artificial intelligence can help with research, drafting and organizing information, and our team checks the result before it reaches a client.
Client Data
Client information is confidential. We handle personal and financial data under our data protection standards and do not share it with artificial intelligence tools outside those standards. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
